The modern era of Smilin Buddha Cabaret, carried forward through official apparel.

These pieces come out of the 2012 to 2020 chapter of SBC under Malcolm Hassin, when the Buddha remained a home for punk, skateboarding, music, art, and community activism.

They reflect the energy of a place that was never polished, never manufactured, and never just another venue. The Buddha was part of Vancouver’s underground culture because of the people who built it, played in it, showed up for it, and made it matter.
