At Smilin Buddha Cabaret Official, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order apparel and accessories just for you. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we have the following return policy:
Custom Printed Items
All apparel and accessories are custom-made and non-returnable under normal circumstances. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective due to printing errors, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the product description, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your item is defective or damaged:
Contact us at mehassin@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and photos of the defective/damaged item
We'll review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days
Replacement Process
Once approved, we'll send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
